Since last year’s Freedom Fest photos took a year to get out, I figured I’d turn this set around in a month!
I had the pleasure of attending both Freedom Fest and AnarchoVegas in July. Unfortunately, I started getting sick at the beginning of the week – Freedom Fest started on Wednesday and I had panels on Friday and Saturday, but I spend a lot of time in my hotel room trying to medicate and rest and take care of myself, so I didn’t get as many pictures as I wanted to.
I had the pleasure of speaking on several panels at Freedom Fest, and attending several others, including a great main stage speech and interview featuring Penn Jillette and Glenn Beck.
I’ve been attending Freedom Fest since 2012, and it’s one of my favorite liberty events of the year mostly because it feels like going home. Vegas is a really fun environment for a conference, and there are a lot of people I only get to see at that particular conference.

This is not going to be a new tradition, I swear, but I did this last year too — I didn’t take a lot of photos at Freedom Fest in 2018 and so I didn’t get around to making an album until literally the day before Freedom Fest 2019. (By the way, yay! Freedom Fest! Happening tomorrow!)
Both Judd and I spoke at Freedom Fest 2018, but we didn’t get as many pictures as we usually do, so we did another combination album like last year.

I had the pleasure of speaking at the banquet dinner of the LPNH Convention in May of this year. This was excellent timing, as the convention was on Saturday and Mother’s Day was on Sunday, so I was able to see my mother and treat her to my ridiculous public speaking style (it involves silly stories about growing up in the movement).
I had a blast, and snapped a few shots of attendees. I took other pictures while in New England and I’m going to make that a second album, but here’s the shots specifically from the convention.

From June 30th to July 4th this year, I had the pleasure of attending the Libertarian National Convention in New Orleans. It was so great seeing so many friends online and offline, and the convention committee put together a great event (besides the main room being too cold). I spoke on a panel on Social Media, I was a delegate for the state of California, and I took about 7,000 photos while I was there.
Over the last 4 weeks I’ve been selecting, editing, and preparing a photo album for release. This is my biggest individual album I’ve ever done. Continue reading “2018 Libertarian National Convention Photos & Donation Info!”
At Freedom Fest this year I had a blast talking to Kat Murti (we were also on a panel about social media together) about a bunch of different topics – racism, sexism, trolling, and positive messaging (and all sorts of other stuff) on her Facebook Live. Check it out here! And remember you can support me on Patreon here. Continue reading Facebook Live with Kat Murti
So, I was stewing on this during the Libertarian National Convention and I wanted to reflect on it by articulating my mixed feelings about some stuff.

Hey there – I realize that a lot of new subscribers/readers might have just shown up as a result of meeting me at the Libertarian National Convention. I took 7,000 photos at the Convention, and my intention is to publish … Continue reading Libertarian National Convention 2018 Update
